- to illustrate the importance of self-development
- to encourage participants to continue personal growth, learning and development beyond their current role
- to provide tools to promote effective self-development
- for them to establish the role of a coach after the training programme is completed
Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- write a self-development action plan to pursue after this course
- explain the role of self-development in their work
- evaluate their own capacity for self-development
- identify and find support for self-development needs
- understand the basics of the learning process
- recognise the value of taking responsibility for continued personal learning
