Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify behaviours that are Passive, Aggressive, Passive/Aggressive and Assertive.
• Demonstrate these behaviours through dialogue, body language and the written word.
• Apply assertive behaviour in the workplace
