Who are we?
Beech Consulting and Training is a business started in 1997 by Tim Hill of Beaconsfield, Bucks, UK after he left Lloyds Bank. He was known as Tim the Trainer whilst there and became the Lending Strand Manager in their Thames Valley and Eastern Region (1/8 of the Bank). He spent a dozen years being responsible for managing a team and delivered the whole gamut of training to the widest range of seniority, from new clerks to regional management. Lloyds’ merger with the TSB saw the abolition of his department and at about the same time, banks were becoming more reliant on sales-target driven lending and credit scoring. Tim has continued to develop face-to-face training across a wide range for a diverse portfolio of clients.
